Online purchase. Sent back because the size didn't fit. When I asked for a refund 15 days after the return, I was told that I had received an empty envelope as a return. DISHONEST. I will resort to legal measures. Don't trust them and above all don't do business online with them.

Place well stocked with bags from the best brands. The only thing that makes me give 3 stars is the owner. It's very commercial, distant. In fact, I have asked several times if he would send me photos on WhatsApp, but he tells me to always refer to the site. If it weren't for the lady (older) who is inside the shop, very kind and helpful in paying a little attention to the prices, I would have already left... It makes you want to buy!

I purchased one of their Liu Jo bags through Yoox, and I was satisfied with it. I didn't know this shop, but after seeing the site, it seemed really well stocked, it has many brands that interest me, I will certainly stock up directly from them next time.

I turned to this business to receive assistance (at my expense obviously) for damage to a product purchased from them a few years ago. The owner's response was unpleasant, arrogant and rude, as he wouldn't have known how to help me in any case, a sign of lack of competence. Never to go back again.
